Here is a collection of links that will help you get out and do some great  fall surfing.

Environment Canada Marine Forecast: a good base to start with. It will usualy tell you the forecast wind direction and wave height for each area.

NOAA Wave Forecast: probably the most useful link for planning a surf session. Use the scale at the to get forecast up to 3 days in advance.

Great Lakes Buoys: get real-time updates on wind and wave conditions. Especially useful for Prince Edward County - Sandbanks, North Shore. This is where you find out if the forecast is accurate. You can also look up historic data to check the wind direction of an epic session for future reference.
